Be part of a close-knit team of 7 finance and investment professionals Exposure to a wide range of financial activities across domestic and international trusts, companies, and family office structures Dynamic environment that spans listed entities, private equity, offshore portfolios, and philanthropic activities Collaborate with leading external advisors, auditors, and financial institutions What you will be doing: Maintain financial processes, procedures, and controls across the group Oversee short-term cash flow planning, including review and execution of bank transactions Support long-term cash flow planning and treasury management, including engagement with banks Compile and review monthly internal reports Review annual financial statements and manage the audit process Oversee outsourced accounting and secretarial functions to ensure accuracy and compliance Manage SARB exchange control reporting and applications Execute and manage currency trades Liaise with external advisors on tax, legal, exchange control, and accounting matters Maintain insurance cover on major assets What we are looking for: CA(SA) / CIMA newly qualified Strong attention to detail and adaptability Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Benefits and unique aspects: Broad exposure to different financial structures and asset classes Hands-on involvement in both local and international financial activities Opportunity to work closely with highly experienced finance professionals and best-in-class service providers Please note if you haven't heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful this time.
