Project Cost Control - Variance between estimated and actual project costs. Communication and Reporting Partner satisfaction with communication and reporting. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and clients. Reporting Timeliness - Adherence to scheduled reporting timelines. Technical Expertise Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders. Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions. Optimize system performance and efficiency. Qualification Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mech / Elec) or similar. Registration as Professional Engineer a preference. Experience Solar Industry : Minimum 5 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, specifically in solar project development, installation, commissioning and maintenance. Utility-Scale Solar : Experience working on large-scale solar projects is highly valued. Agricultural : Experience working on hybrid / off grid solar projects is highly valued. C&I : Experience working on hybrid / off grid solar projects is highly valued. Technical Expertise Solar Energy Systems : Hands-on experience with solar energy systems, including design, installation, and performance analysis. Energy Modelling Software : Proficiency in tools like PVsyst, Helioscope or equivalent. Electrical Engineering Principles : Understanding of electrical circuits, power systems, and control systems. Project Management Project Planning : Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Team Leadership : Proven ability to lead and motivate teams. Software and Tools : CAD Software : Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or PVsyst, HOMER and Helioscope. SCADA Systems : Experience with SCADA development, including software. Soft Skills Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
