We're looking for an Inbound Product Specialist to conduct live software demos with prospective clients and guide them through how our platform works. You'll engage with people who have already shown interest, run 7–11 demos per week (around an hour each), and follow up with notes and light data tracking. This role combines inbound sales, product education, and customer insights. What You'll Do? Run 7–11 scheduled Zoom demos weekly for warm inbound leads? Follow up with detailed notes and post-demo summaries? Log key data points and feedback in HubSpot or another CRM? Reach out to missed leads through calls or email sequences? Maintain strong show rates and positive demo feedback? Track trends in lead quality, objections, and common questions? What We're Looking For? Excellent English, with a neutral or US-friendly accent? Confident presenting software via Zoom? Strong organization skills with CRM and follow-up discipline? Prior experience in inbound sales, product demos, or SaaS support preferred?
