Job Responsibilities Support warehouse staff with parts receiving, issuing, and stock movements, ensuring accurate system updates. Manage parts transfers and track in-transit items, providing timely updates to relevant teams. Monitor warranty and sales order shipment status and report progress. Receive walk-in customers and provide basic spare parts assistance. Assist local engineers with training on parts‑related processes, including maintenance kits, returns, and claims. Update inventory‑related data daily and assist in periodic stock counts together with the storekeeper. Track logistics and courier deliveries and handle delays, discrepancies, or exceptions. Collaborate effectively with warehouse, service, and sales teams to ensure smooth parts operations. Perform other parts‑related duties assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements Matric; a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply chain, or Mechanical fields is preferred. Minimum 1 year experience in parts coordination, logistics, warehouse support, or similar roles; construction machinery experience will be an added advantage. Proficient in computer operation, including Excel and data entry. Responsible, detail‑oriented, and accurate with information. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Able to work under pressure with strong task management. Experience with WMS/ERP systems is an added advantage.
