What You’ll Bring Valid driver’s license Copywriting Overtime and weekend work A Bonus To Have Diploma/Degree Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day output on our social channels in collaboration with the Social Media Manager & Digital Content Manager. Set high standards across all social channels, ensuring brand proposition is imaginative and consistent. Contribute creative content ideas in‑house and in response to briefs from commercial partners. Support delivery of marketing campaigns, video content and podcasts alongside the wider team. Manage the social team rosters, ensuring sufficient coverage around the sporting calendar. Liaise with contributors and the finance team to manage invoicing within the team. Analyse, report and optimise channel performance, monitoring social trends to stay ahead of opportunities. Work weekends or evenings during major sporting events, especially football and racing. Write sports content, with strong knowledge of football and a wide range of sports. Understand sports betting and use of sports data statistics to inform content. Work well in a team and under pressure. Bring experience working within brand partnerships and with internal teams. Test campaigns, analyse key metrics and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance. Monitor activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase social presence. Will be willing to work within various digital marketing functions (email, SMS, affiliate marketing, SEO, etc.) and broaden knowledge across the digital marketing scope. Communication Ensure team members are aware of key business campaigns, business updates and marketing campaigns. Ensure that the correct lines of communication are followed at all times and that timely feedback is provided to support office when information is requested. People Management Manage team member rosters/schedules and ensure workload is adequately assigned taking into account busy periods, events and departmental requirements. Ensure staff attendance and behavior is managed with the guidance from Social Media Manager. Ensure all new take recruitment documentation is submitted timeously to the Human Resources department. Requirements Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing or relevant. Proven track record in social media management campaign strategies. In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Well organized with great time management skills. Outstanding project management skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Networking aptitude.
