Job Responsibilities Assist the Financial Manager in sourcing packaging from pre-approved manufacturing sites globally. Evaluate and compare proposals and select the best option. Ensure that the best possible value is obtained by optimizing production and logistics efficiencies. Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure that all relevant documentation is accurate and complete. Monitor factory performance and ensure that all deliveries are made on time. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise with suppliers, vendors, or clients. Maintain technical master files on the ERP system. Create Product Specifications, master COC and DOC documents. Consult with Sales regarding client forecasts and updating the forecasting model. Desired Experience & Qualification Suitable formal qualification will be an advantage. A minimum of 5 years in the flexible packaging industry. Ideally from estimating, production planning or procurement background. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented, highly accurate, organized working methods. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Package & Remuneration R35,000-R40,000 CTC (Negotiable) Interested?
