You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and services, and maintaining a clean and organised sales floor. Responsibilities Assist customers in finding and purchasing products, providing advice and recommendations as needed. Actively engage with customers to assess their needs and preferences and make product suggestions. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and showcase product features and benefits. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals, participating in regular sales meetings and training sessions. Qualifications NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
