You will Assist the Bar Manager in managing the service and overseeing the bar teams. Welcome, advise, and serve guests while ensuring a personalized experience. Supervise a team of 10 to 20 staff members, ensuring their motivation and efficiency. Organize bar events, managing guest flow for 600 to 1,000 customers. Contribute to managing the economic and qualitative performance of the bar. Drive additional sales and optimize the financial results of your department. Manage bar stock and place orders for products, consumables, and small hotel equipment. Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and hygiene, safety, and legal regulations. You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O) As a G.O, you will perform your role with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
