Work with managers to develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on people and culture. Proven experience in driving culture transformation, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build trust and foster strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Proactive problem-solving skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
