Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Solar) to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and utility-scale solar PV projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of solar systems, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion. Duties & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for solar PV installations, from design to commissioning. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction teams, and external stakeholders. Oversee site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analysis. Ensure all project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are met. Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress and quality of work. Identify and mitigate project risks and develop corrective action plans. Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on milestones. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or related field. 3–7 years’ project management experience, preferably in solar PV. Strong understanding of solar PV design, installation processes, and regulatory requirements. Excellent organisational, planning, and leadership abilities. Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
