Industrial Eng Automation Sales Manager – Sales Team Lead Location: Gauteng, South AfricaPermanent position, relocation required within the company. Required qualifications: Matric (essential). Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or sales (preferred). Valid Driver’s License. Start date: Immediate, preferably November/December 2025 or January 2026. Experience: 2–5+ years in the Turn‑Key Industrial Automation Engineering industry as a Sales Manager overseeing Sales Representatives. Strong knowledge of automotive, mining, FMCG, manufacturing, utilities, and related sectors. Must have experience: Overseeing Sales Teams , traveling to external clients, delivering product presentations, closing deals, understanding technical concepts, building relationships, identifying new opportunities, collaborating with technical teams, staying abreast of industry trends. Experience presenting products and closing deals. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition. Compensation: Monthly salary discussed (dependent on skills, qualifications, experience). Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus – Commission to be discussed. Benefits: Pension Scheme (deducted from net salary, employer does not contribute).
