Pizza Hut Digital Marketing Manager Job Purpose: The Pizza Hut Digital Marketing Manager will drive the eCommerce vision and digital sales strategy for one of the world’s leading QSR brands in the MENA region. Reporting jointly to the PH Marketing Director and the Sr. Director of Digital Sales & Marketing, the role focuses on delivering impactful results across digital channels with a strong customer‑first and data‑driven mindset. It also involves developing and executing CRM strategies to effectively monetize owned digital platforms, ensuring commercial growth and enhanced customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives across all consumer touchpoints — including web, mobile, CRM, social media, SEM/SEO, and digital media — ensuring full integration with brand marketing objectives. Drive end‑to‑end digital execution, campaign optimization, and performance assessment to achieve measurable growth and strengthen brand presence. Develop and integrate CRM and digital marketing strategies, processes, and systems that enhance consumer engagement and maximize ROI. Design and implement CRM programs focused on segmentation, automation, and multi‑channel communication (SMS, push, email) to increase loyalty and customer lifetime value. Partner with internal teams (CRM, IT, Digital, Marketing) and external agencies or vendors (media, PR, advertising, e‑commerce, performance) to deliver cohesive, high‑impact marketing initiatives. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, strengthen partnerships, and expand collaboration across teams to drive business outcomes. Combine strategic planning with rich consumer insights to create best‑in‑class digital campaigns and customer experiences across all channels. Explore and implement innovative digital programs that accelerate consumer and trade sales through eCommerce and online ordering platforms. Ensure digital initiatives are aligned with and complement traditional marketing activities to deliver a unified, cross‑channel brand experience. Develop and communicate a clear digital vision and roadmap, demonstrating leadership, accountability, and commercial acumen. Create innovative, integrated digital solutions that bridge web, mobile, CRM, social, SEM/SEO, and digital media to meet business and marketing objectives. Execute marketing activities across websites, search (paid and organic), email, social media (Meta, TikTok, etc.), online advertising, digital PR, mobile marketing, and emerging channels. Manage performance marketing campaigns across key platforms using data‑driven insights to optimize ROI, improve conversion, and scale effectively. Drive digital marketing and CRM thought leadership, education, and innovation across the organization to strengthen digital maturity. Measure, analyze, and report performance against KPIs, translating insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare and present strategies, campaign updates, and performance reports to senior management with clear strategic recommendations. Manage marketing budgets, capital spending, and project timelines, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery. Set and deliver against clear performance milestones while continuously monitoring and optimizing all aspects of digital marketing execution. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing within FMCG, QSR, or retail industries. Proven expertise in performance marketing, budget management, and data‑driven campaign optimization across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Adjust, and Google Analytics. Strong background in CRM, customer segmentation, and multi‑channel marketing (SMS, push, email, and digital advertising). Skilled in analytics tools with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for strategic decisions and measurable outcomes. Experienced in managing agencies, developing marketing briefs, and executing brand or project initiatives with commercial impact. Recognized for building strong cross‑functional partnerships, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Strategic, analytical, and results‑oriented mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. Regional & Cultural Experience: Promotes cultural, gender, and religious diversity; willing to travel regionally and occasionally internationally. Fast‑paced, data‑driven, and results‑oriented professional with advanced Excel and analytical skills. Hands‑on, collaborative, and commercially focused; excels in performance marketing, vendor management, and agency leadership. Operates closely with brand teams in a dual‑reporting structure, with potential to advance into senior or multi‑market leadership roles.
