Job Summary As our ideal candidate, you'll assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and contributing to menu development. Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and plating Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure high standards and efficiency Contribute to menu planning, development, and implementation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Monitor inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior chef role - must have 6+ years hospitality chefing experience.
