Above all, you'll get to experience People and Culture as a generalist and as a subject matter expert, while interacting and collaborating with all levels of employees. Qualifications BCom Honours degree in one or more of the following: Organisational Psychology Industrial Psychology Human Resources Postgraduate diploma in Business Administration with an undergraduate degree in any of the above Minimum Requirements Must be a South African citizen Must be under 30 years of age A maximum of two years’ work experience Minimum of 65% average over all years of study (ad2) #J-18808-Ljbffr
