Receiving & Dispatch Operator

An opportunity exists for a reliable and detail-driven Receiving & Dispatch Operator to join a dynamic processing environment in Hartswater. The role ensures efficient handling, registration, storage, and dispatch of nuts according to quality standards and operational processes. Key Responsibilities • Receive and record all incoming and outgoing deliveries accurately.• Verify product quality and documentation against delivery specifications.• Coordinate loading, off-loading, and movement of stock between processing areas.• Maintain accurate inventory and dispatch records.• Liaise with internal departments such as quality control, warehouse, and administration to ensure workflow efficiency. Minimum Requirements • Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent).• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar receiving or dispatch role.• Basic understanding of quality control processes.• Computer literacy and experience with inventory systems advantageous.• Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English .• Highly organised, punctual, and attentive to detail.
