Job Description: To strategically and operationally manage and grow a portfolio of high revenue generating clients. Responsibilities Key relationship management, seeking, identifying, and exploiting business opportunities for the bank, and growing the portfolio through the acquisition of new clients. Success Metrics Client satisfaction levels, financial performance of the portfolio, sound governance, and new client acquisition. Additional Responsibilities Enhance business performance and profitability. Drive customer service delivery goal achievement in line with predefined standards. Ensure growth and increase in customer base by generating new leads and growing active customer accounts. Set tactical goals and optimise the use of people, finances, and technologies. Define a sales strategy and delivery plans. Assess and evaluate credit applications in accordance with the Bank’s Credit Policy. Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements. Manage people by executing line manager responsibilities and encouraging performance excellence. Qualifications FAIS Compliant (RE5). Relevant Business Degree (Financial / Agriculture). 2–4 years Credit and 3–5 years Relationship Management and Product Knowledge experience. Experience in Sugarcane, Macadamia, Citrus. Candidate must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent. Credit record check required (National Credit Act). Job Details All applications will not be accepted after 10/10/25.
