Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Sunninghill Johannesburg for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive lead generation efforts, and manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, meeting revenue targets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams. Qualifications Expertise in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction Strong Customer Service skills and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience Proficiency in Lead Generation and fostering new client relationships Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal in English, for client interaction and internal collaboration Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is preferred Understanding of IT industry solutions and services is an advantage Min 7 years of IT Sales, Account Managing, Business, Marketing, or a related field is strongly desired Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
