Territory Manager, Biologics

Overview The Sun Biologics Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s biologic product(s) and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and hospital accounts that specialize in psoriasis. The Territory Manager will develop and apply territory business plans that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives, and coordinate with field-based employees (customer engagement, reimbursement, managed markets, etc.) to drive acceptance of promoted products within the designated area. Responsibilities Promote Sun’s biologic product(s) in targeted physician offices, clinics and hospital accounts in the area of psoriasis. Develop and apply territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives. Coordinate with field-based teams to drive acceptance of promoted products within the territory. General responsibilities and authority: report directly to the Regional Sales Manager; understand and utilize sales reports, CRM, and forecasts; timely call reporting; manage sales budgets within the territory; meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Qualifications Bachelor Degree required Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device experience Very strong communication skills and demonstrated clinical acumen Strong ability to collaborate, innovate and deliver results Valid driver’s license Preferred Experience in psoriasis or other immunologic disease states (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, multiple sclerosis) IV or subcutaneous biologic selling experience (includes oncology) Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment Dermatology selling experience Biologic launch experience Experience selling in a highly competitive environment Personal Skills This individual must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic “startup” environment without losing focus on business goals. They should be a strong, dependable individual who builds trust with their matrix team and is transparent, ethical, and compliant. They should also be experienced with selling and presenting detailed scientific subject matter in a clear and understandable fashion. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $118,000–$164,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on geographical location and experience. This position is part of an IC Commission Plan.
