Duties & Responsibilities We are seeking an IT Administration Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Head of IT Operations and Infrastructure. Managing key meetings Tracking decisions Overseeing project deliverables to ensure the effective execution of operational and strategic priorities To ensure deadlines are met Commitments are monitored To support the Head of IT in maintaining oversight, continuity, and alignment across all IT initiatives Desired Experience & Qualification National Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). Experience supporting senior leadership and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. General understanding of IT concepts (e.g., infrastructure, networks, systems, cybersecurity, user support) and ability to follow technical discussions. Understanding of basic IT processes or project lifecycles (advantageous). Strong business communication skills, including professional correspondence, meeting coordination, and documentation standards. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Highly organised with strong time management and follow-through skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure and tight deadlines. Confident in challenging ideas respectfully and holding stakeholders accountable.
