The Role Wearelooking for a detail-driven, customer-focused team player to join our Sales Order Processing team. You’ll bea key player in our sales team,ensuring orders flow smoothly from quote to delivery, while creating an outstanding experience for every customer.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and people. You’ll handle daily sales order entry and processing, proactively follow up with clients, andactively engage in opportunitiesto add valueto our customers. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our CRM system. Maintain clear and friendly communication with clients throughout the order journey. Proactively confirm order details to ensure accuracy and avoid delivery errors. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and refer leads toaccount managers. Meet daily and weekly KPI targets for processing accuracy, turnaround time, and activity levels. Support the wider sales and customer service teams with quotes and client updates. Contribute to a positive team environment built on collaboration, reliability, and accountability. WhatWe’re Looking For Proven experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer service. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a confident phone manner. A team-oriented attitude. Commitment to working toward daily and weekly activity KPIs.
