Business Intelligence Development Manager Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? Merchants is looking for a Business Intelligence Development Manager to lead the development of a centralized, automated BI platform that empowers decision-making across our organization. This is a strategic leadership role focused on system development, reporting innovation, and people management. Key Responsibilities System Development & Management Design and implement a unified BI platform. Ensure system stability, usability, and scalability. Standardize BI processes, policies, and documentation. Reporting & Insights Automate reporting to support strategic decisions. Build impactful dashboards in collaboration with business units. Champion best practices in BI reporting and visualization. People Leadership Lead and mentor a BI team. Manage capacity, workflow, and performance. Drive growth, development, and succession planning. What You'll Bring Degree: Bm Information Systems or BSc Computer Science. Experience: 5–8 years in BI design; 2+ years in data warehousing automation; 3+ years hands‑on SQL experience.
