The AI and Data Science Lead will rapidly embed analytics, data science, and AI across DisChem’s ecosystem. This role will drive intelligent automation, predictive modelling, and personalized customer experiences to support DisChem’s transformation into a data‑led, digitally enabled integrated health player. By connecting experimentation to execution, the AI and Data Science Lead ensures measurable impact across the care journey, from retail to telemedicine, insurance, and loyalty. What we’re looking for? Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. 7+ years in data science or AI roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Proven experience in deploying machine learning models and AI solutions at scale. Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Machine Learning frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and MLOps tools. Familiar with ethical AI, data governance, and compliance frameworks. Advantageous Certifications in AI/ML, cloud platform Experience in healthcare, retail, or insurance data ecosystems What you will be doing?
