Introduction ArcelorMittal South Africa is looking to recruit a SAP Solutions Specialist Design, implement, and maintain OpenText ECM and SAP DMS solutions. Integrate OpenText ECM with SAP DMS to ensure seamless document management and workflow processes. Integrate OpenText with other systems for example Salesforce CRM Customize and configure OpenText and SAP DMS to meet specific business requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OpenText ECM and SAP DMS issues. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Train and support end-users on the effective use of OpenText ECM and SAP DMS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of ECM and DMS solutions with business objectives. Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in Open Text ECM and SAP DMS technologies Qualifications :B-Degree / Higher National Diploma / B-Tech (NQF 7/10) in Information Technology or Computer Science Experience and Requirements: Minimum of 2 years proven experience with OpenText ECM and SAP DMS. Strong understanding of document management principles and best practices. Experience with system integration and customization. Relevant certifications in OpenText and SAP DMS are a plus. Experience with other ECM and DMS platforms Knowledge of SAP modules and their integration with DMS Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to document management General IT networking knowledge Experience with MSSQL Project and incident management experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following Operating Systems and Web Services Tools: Windows XP/7/8/10 windows 2019 or later Server Technical experience in any industry standard Database, Programming Languages, Applications and Tool Personal Attributes :Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
