Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Legal Advisor. Requirements : Law degree and admission as an attorney- essential. Master’s degree such as LLM is desirable. 5+ years post-article experience in the financial service industry. 2 to 3 years’ experience in the banking and finance space- essential. Experience in the drafting, review, negotiation, etc. transactions. Corporate and commercial legal knowledge. Responsibilities : Structure, restructure, negotiate and re-negotiate corporate and commercial transactions. Identify, evaluate and structure import and export finance transactions. Ensure compliance with internal legal and other company procedures and policies. Identify and minimize potential legal risks. Ensure efficiencies aimed at improving client satisfaction by providing efficient legal services. Developing and maintaining relationships with providers of legal services.
