We’re looking for a results‑driven Universal Banker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets to join our team at Bayside Mall in the Western Cape. Responsibilities Drive sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies. Deliver exceptional customer service to Personal, Prestige, and Private Banking clients, handling product queries and account activities. Understand each client’s needs and respond effectively within relevant product and legislative parameters (e.g., FAIS). Qualifications National Certificate in Banking (NQF5, FAIS‑recognised qualification or above). Required Experience 3‑5 years in banking or financial services, focusing on FAIS qualifications and financial advisory roles. Strong sales background, consistently achieving or exceeding targets through cross‑selling and upselling of products. Success in generating new business, building a sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth in a branch or contact‑centre environment. In‑depth knowledge of banking operations: account management, transaction processing, client relationship management. Strong understanding of banking products, policies, and regulatory compliance. Excellent problem‑solving skills focused on customer service and satisfaction.
