The position involves active engagement with listed entities, regulators, and internal teams, requiring both technical expertise and the ability to manage complex processes. Key Responsibilities Regulatory oversight: Guiding listed entities on compliance with exchange rules, corporate governance standards, and legislation. Submissions and reporting: Preparing and reviewing documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of filings. Stakeholder engagement: Maintaining strong working relationships with clients, regulators, and internal teams, providing informed advice and solutions. Analysis and evaluation: Reviewing transactions, corporate actions, and continuing obligations of listed entities. Project management: Coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple parties. Cross‑functional collaboration: Supporting other departments and contributing expertise in broader corporate finance activities. Requirements A diploma or degree in finance, law, accounting, economics, or related discipline. An SDP certificate, with preference for those already holding approved executive status. Strong analytical, communication, and document management skills. Proven familiarity with listing rules, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance standards.
