Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns (mainly Meta Ads, but other platforms a plus). Align paid media strategy with broader brand goals and lifecycle marketing. Experience in full-funnel campaign planning, from awareness to remarketing. Understand audience personas and customer journeys to inform targeting. Utilise Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Proficiency with Meta Business Manager. Focus on lead generation with strong ROI and proven experience in running lead gen campaigns. Qualifications Excellent knowledge of social media platforms. Experience in videos and content shooting. Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software. Own laptop. 1–2 years experience in marketing or social media. Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
