Responsibilities Provide new and existing clients professional financial advice, planning and product sales suited to their needs. Generate sustainable business in line with attainment of quarterly and annual targets. Maintain long‑term client relationships, building loyalty and generating ongoing advice and sales. Deliver services within a compliant, ethical manner that supports Sanlam Group business and brand. Conduct comprehensive fact‑finding, financial needs analysis, and client portfolio reviews (annual). Present tailored financial solutions and update client records via systems and tools. Fulfil all client‑consultation activities in compliance with disclosures and risk management. Lead client‑service initiatives, follow‑up queries via phone/email and ensure timely resolution. Support long‑term relationship building and monitor portfolio performance. Qualifications & Experience Grade 12 minimum; tertiary qualification in Finance (advantageous). Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) Fit and Proper requirements and Regulatory Examination completed if registered with FSCA for >24 months. Own vehicle and laptop; clear crime & credit record. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; entrepreneurial mindset. Wealth Management Associate – Sandton Dynamic team looking for a sharp associate to support wealth & investment operations. You thrive on research, client service, and behind‑the‑scenes coordination. What To Expect Research advice‑related matters, prepare client reports, upload financial data. Conduct portfolio analysis, draft Records of Advice, assist review processes. Handle top‑up and rebalancing, keep compliance and risk monitoring, manage regulatory reporting. Resolve client queries, support audit processes, perform office management. Schedule client reviews, assist senior planners, draft brief and feedback reports. Engage in investment, estate, and risk planning, applying the six‑step financial planning process. Ensure adherence to FICA and FAIS compliance; maintain professional knowledge. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification. Fit and Proper requirement as per FAIS Act. Skills Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency. Strong client relationship building and written/in‑person communication. Deep understanding of compliance, financial advisory, and risk analysis.
