Minimum Requirements Degree or Diploma in Nursing Certified qualification in the specialist discipline essential Current registration with SANC 5-6 Years relevant experience in nursing within Orthopaedics Theatre Basic understanding of labour legislation, financial and chain management principles Understanding of the private healthcare industry Proficient on MS Office Suit Valid Driverâs license and flexibility to travel Responsibilities: Effective Clinical Leadership Effective leadership and people management Effective financial management Effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
