We are looking for a Trade Account Executive to connect with top-tier travel agencies, tour operators, event organisers, production teams, and other B2B partners to drive bookings, build relationships, and boost revenue. What you will be doing: Cultivating strong relationships with travel trade partners in the local and international market Actively identifying new business opportunities across tourism, government, MICE, golf and wellness travel sectors Representing the property at industry events, trade shows, networking evenings and fam trips Conducting site inspections, presentations and regular in-person meetings with agents and decision-makers Collaborating with marketing and reservations to deliver tailored packages and promotions Reporting on your pipeline, partner activity, and conversion performance Staying ahead of market trends and competitor offerings to keep us one step ahead What you need to bring: A minimum of 3 years experience in sales or business development, preferably in hospitality or tourism A completed diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or Hospitality Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills your energy builds trust and drives deals Strong admin and tech skills especially in Microsoft Excel A valid drivers license and your own roadworthy vehicle Confidence navigating the hospitality landscape bonus if you know Opera or have connections in wellness/golf tourism This is an onsite position based in Camps Bay, and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment where career growth is real and hard work is recognised.
