Onsite Team Leader: Sales

We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis. Suggest and organize team building activities. Qualifications Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor. In‑depth knowledge of performance metrics. Good PC skills, especially MS Excel. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Organizational and time‑management skills. Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus. Competencies 1. Training and Coaching Competence Skilled in identifying training needs and developing junior staff through structured coaching and on‑the‑job learning. Encourages continuous learning and professional growth within the team. Capable of delivering both formal and informal training sessions effectively. 5. Organizational and Time Management Skills Strong ability to prioritize, plan, and coordinate tasks across multiple locations. Ensures deadlines are met while maintaining high operational standards. Efficient in monitoring performance metrics and reporting progress. 6. Problem‑Solving and Decision‑Making Proactive in identifying operational challenges and implementing practical solutions.
