We’re recruiting on behalf of a Cape Town-based client looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Head of Engineering to lead their engineering division. This is an exceptional opportunity for a technically strong and strategically minded professional to take ownership of the full engineering function within a fast-evolving renewable energy business. As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team, overseeing budgets, driving design innovation, and ensuring technical excellence across all solar and energy projects. You will play a critical role in advising MANCO and EXCO on technical and strategic decisions, while fostering a culture of accountability, development, and continuous improvement.
