Responsibilities Complete RFI documents with all statutory information for the various brands within the Groupe. Complete shortlisting questionnaires with all statutory information for the various brands within the Groupe. Maintain a repository of credentials, case studies, pitch presentations, etc. for all brands within the Groupe. Track budget spend on pitches of Groupe importance. Project manage all high‑value integrated pitches: schedule reviews and dry‑runs, deliver pitch elements on time, secure resources, develop timing plans, and submit the pitch presentation per requirements. Research presentation venues to understand seating, equipment, and logistics, ensuring a seamless pitch experience. Conduct market research: provide quarterly updates on pitch activity and track success against competitors. Assist capability leads with client mapping for targeted prospects. Work closely with the Sales Force Champion to keep system information up to date. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in an agency environment; strong project management skills. Skills Proven track record managing complex projects. Excellent communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and other business development tools is an advantage.
