Overview: Sales Development Manager (Cape Town, ZA) at Parking Network B.V. We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to coach and develop SDR reps for inbound qualification, outbound qualification, and pipeline generation across targeted accounts. Responsibilities Top of funnel leader to determine the best strategies and tactics for the SDR team to efficiently build pipeline for the sales organization. Leverage data to ensure SLA (qualified booked meetings) and daily KPI targets are met. Develop exciting programs, competitions and weekly challenges to motivate the SDRs. Coach SDR reps on handling objections, presenting the NMI platform / solutions, and booking meetings / demos with prospects. Build and publish playbooks and best practices for current and future SDRs to sustain a high-energy, efficient SDR organization. Motivate reps to manage call volume, lead follow-up, and communications to drive incremental meetings, higher quality prospects, more demos, and proper qualification. Demonstrate strong leadership, hire top talent, support SDR career development, and grow SDRs into other sales or marketing roles. Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product to improve pipeline development. Help determine the best SDR tech stack to increase velocity and productivity. Consistently drive the business to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Understand SDR metrics, measure results, benchmark, and set goals to meet targets. Model a leadership style that fosters collaboration, trust, teamwork, healthy competition, and NMI values. Requirements 2+ years with progressive experience as an SDR and 3+ years as a lead/manager of inbound and outbound SDR teams. Strong leader motivated to build and manage a high-performance SDR organization. Proficiency in SDR tech stack: Pardot, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce High Velocity (Cadences), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other tools that impact SDR performance. Experience in credit card payments, partner channels, and selling to SaaS organizations with multiple products. Experience building an outbound program with multichannel approaches tracked by performance metrics. Able to manage at the ground level and also define and execute broader initiatives. Ability to hire, onboard, ramp, and train SDRs across multiple time zones. Deep understanding of scaling organizations in fast-paced environments. Experience in change management.
