Overview Sprayteq is looking for a professional and organised Receptionist and Accounts Data Clerk to join their team. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with administrative management, ensuring a welcoming customer experience and accurate financial record-keeping. Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, and schedule appointments. Reception Duties: Manage the front desk, and maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. Administrative Support: Update customer records, and assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management. Liaison with Customers and Suppliers: Communicate with clients regarding payments. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an automotive or similar industry. Experience with accounts data entry or bookkeeping is advantageous. Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Qualifications Matric certificate or equivalent is required. A certificate or diploma in office administration, bookkeeping, or a related field is advantageous Personal Attributes: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Stikland, Cape Town Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license (Code B or higher) is preferred but not required Working Location & Hours Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: Competitive salary based on experience, to be discussed during the interview process How to Apply Submit your CV and a covering letter to Closing Date Closing Date 30 September 2025.
