Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and use cases. Support Project Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems by providing support to project teams. Testing and Validation: Participate in the testing phase to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress. Market Research: Conduct market research to support business decisions and strategy development. Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Familiarity with business analysis tools and software is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and business requirements. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in work. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
