As a Branding Specialist, you will have the opportunity to bring brands to life through large-scale paintings and murals that captivate audiences and communicate their essence. The TooMuchWifi Branding Specialist reports to the Marketing Manager. Responsibilities The Branding Specialist will be responsible for creating large-scale paintings or murals that visually represent and communicate TooMuchWifi's identity, values, and messaging. Material Selection and Preparation: Determine the appropriate materials, tools, and techniques required for the mural, considering factors such as surface texture, weather resistance, and longevity. Prepare the painting surface by cleaning, priming, and ensuring it is suitable for the chosen medium. Execution and Painting: Bring the mural design to life by applying paint, using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other artistic tools. Apply various painting techniques, layering colours, and creating depth to achieve the desired effect. Pay attention to detail and ensure the mural accurately reflects the intended design. Brand Representation: Incorporate the brand's visual elements, such as logos, colour schemes, typography, and graphic assets, into the mural design. Maintain consistency with the brand's existing visual identity while adding a unique artistic touch. Site Preparation and Safety: Prepare the painting area, ensuring safety measures are in place for both the artist and the public. Adhere to any necessary permits, regulations, or guidelines related to working in public spaces or private properties. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to coordinate the execution of the mural. Communicate progress, seek feedback, and make adjustments as necessary to meet the brand's objectives and client expectations. Project Management: Estimate the time, materials, and costs required for the mural project. Develop a timeline and manage the project to ensure timely completion within the allocated budget. Maintenance and Preservation: Provide guidance on mural maintenance, such as recommended cleaning methods or touch-ups. Collaborate with clients on preserving the longevity of the artwork. Portfolio Development: Document completed mural projects for your portfolio to showcase your skills, style, and versatility. Continuously update and refine your portfolio to attract new clients and demonstrate your expertise. Qualifications Must have own vehicle and valid driver's licence Strong artistic ability and proficiency in various painting techniques Familiarity with branding principles and graphic design concepts Knowledge of different painting mediums and surface preparation techniques Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills Experience collaborating with clients and incorporating feedback Project management skills to set timelines and manage resources Attention to detail and consistency in executing mural designs Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations for public or private spaces #J-18808-Ljbffr
