Job Description The position requires a dynamic individual to become part of Omnia Supply Chain. The Business Solutions Analyst will be responsible for support, testing, business process improvement, and projects related to system enablement and ERP reporting, ensuring excellent customer service as per timelines. The role reports to the Head of Supply Chain and may require occasional travel. Qualifications Degree in Industrial Engineering Experience Excellent ERP experience 5-8 years’ experience Duties Analytics to identify and understand problems Translate business requirements into system specifications Project Management: implementation and setup of systems, quality assurance and testing Train users Business process improvement Implementation and setup of systems Additional Opportunities Provide input into related ERP modules Assistance with development of BI models Assistance with reporting requirements Job Competencies Strong analytical and problem solving skills Attention to detail while maintaining a view of the overall solution Knowledge of AX D365, Power BI, Excel, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) is an advantage but not required General Travel to Omnia sites is required from time to time. The candidate must be a team player, handle stressful situations, possess excellent communication skills, motivate themselves and inspire others, exhibit strong urgency and commitment, prioritize tasks, and ensure delivery of high‑quality customer service within timelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
