Job Title: Brand Representative Role Overview The Brand Representative acts as the principal point of contact between the company, its agents, and customers. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting products, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities Customer Relations: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Grow and maintain the customer database. Seek new opportunities for business expansion. Sales and Promotion: Present, promote, and sell products/services using compelling arguments. Complete weekly call cycles. Achieve sales targets within scheduled timelines. Reporting: Submit monthly reports on performance and competitor landscape. Provide management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, and competitive activities. Additional Activities: Attend meetings with management and customers as required. Collaborate with other businesses to enhance performance. Participate in trade shows and marketing events. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 qualification. Teritary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (advantageous). Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a sales representative. Track record of managing customer relationships successfully. Valid driver’s license. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Ability to create and deliver effective presentations. Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
