Overview A reputable Company is seeking for an experienced, highly motivated and results-oriented In-Store Promoter in the Gauteng, Pretoria & Nelspruit region. We are looking for a pleasant and competitive Promoter that thrives in the Sales department by engaging with customers directly in-store, promoting products, and enhancing brand visibility. Your contribution to significantly impacts the company's success by driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and fostering positive customer experiences. This role is essential for team collaboration as it involves working closely with sales team and store manager to align promotional strategies with overall company goals. In the constantly evolving retail landscape, staying abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences are vital for success in this position. You must be comfortable engaging directly with customers in a retail environment to promote products, drive sales, and to enhance brand visibility. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-oriented approach. This roll will also be responsible for answering customer questions and providing information to guide purchasing decisions. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement – Interact with customers to explain product features, benefits, and unique selling points. Product Knowledge – Stay informed about the products being promoted and be able to answer customer questions accurately. Merchandising – Assist in setting up promotional displays or booths, stocking products, and ensuring a tidy and attractive retail environment. Reporting – Submit daily sales reports and track customer interactions and feedback. Customer Relationship Building – Build rapport with customers and understand their needs and preferences. Sales Generation – Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and guiding them toward purchasing decisions. Required Skills and Qualities Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills – Effectively communicate with customers, build rapport, and answer their questions. Presentation Skills – Deliver persuasive and engaging presentations on products. Customer-Focused Approach – Prioritize customer satisfaction and build positive relationships. Product Knowledge – Possess a strong understanding of the products being promoted. Enthusiasm and Positivity – Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward products and the company. Organizational Skills – Effectively set up and maintain promotional displays. Time Management – Manage time effectively to achieve sales goals and complete tasks. Proven working experience as a Promoter. Qualifications Must have Grade 12. Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities. Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills.
