Oversee office systems, records, and documentation , ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies. Monitor schedules, appointments, and correspondence , ensuring timely and effective communication across departments. Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and inventory management of office supplies. Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and internal controls . Serve as a point of contact for staff and external stakeholders , resolving operational issues efficiently. Requirements: Proven experience in office administration or supervision , preferably in a similar role. Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management systems. Attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving capabilities. Relevant diploma or degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
