As the first point of contact for our business clients and merchants, you'll play a key role in delivering fast, professional, and accurate support. You don't need to be a technical expert — what matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and raise issues to the right teams when needed. What You'll Do Be the first point of contact via chat, email, and CRM. Guide merchants on AO Pay's payment solutions, transaction statuses, and account queries. Spot and raise potential fraud or compliance issues. Log all client interactions and raise technical matters to our CS2 team. Help merchants navigate the AO Pay portal and understand payment processing timelines. Monitor transaction success rates and flag abnormalities for investigation.
