Aftermarket Sales Representative STR M / F Summary Statement The purpose of this position is to provide and assist the Branch and aftermarket team to ensure that best management practices are followed in the areas of responsibility regarding meeting key performance criteria, service delivery objectives, procedures and actions in line with company strategic objectives. Key Performance Areas Identify chargeable work on off hire rentals Ensure all rental equipment has a valid load test certificate Identify areas of risk and complete site surveys for short-term rental Establish and maintain good customer relations and drive customer service excellence Sell driver training Inform and resolve customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses Collaborate with the technical team and quotation clerk to produce quotes Overall responsibility to meet growth / market share increase objectives; analyse, prepare and implement strategies to target and convert new business accounts Ensure quality of customer interaction and service – exceed customer expectations by building and nurturing partnerships based on a thorough understanding of the client's business and unique needs Reach mutually agreeable solutions to customer problems and drive prompt actions / delivery on promises Prepare and present reports as and when required Ensure administrative procedures are followed correctly; accurately and timely perform administrative duties; maintain customer records Develop and maintain proper internal customer service and communication with other departments Participate in growing the department in line with company requirements Attend team / department meetings and development / training initiatives to enhance the aftermarket team's efficiency Ensure quality of interaction with internal and / or external clients, maintaining proper communication and joint resolution of problems Develop and implement operational innovation Job Location Africa, South Africa 25B Junction Road, Tygerberg Business Park, Parow Industria, Cape Town #J-18808-Ljbffr
