Digital Solutions & Presentation Coordinator We are looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Solutions & Presentation Coordinator to support our client service teams in producing high-quality, visually compelling, and brand-aligned client presentations and documents. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for digital presentation platforms, with Gamma (GAMMO) as a must‑have, along with tools such as Relato and EBthree. You’ll help streamline workflows, standardize templates, and transform content into polished deliverables that captivate and inform. Responsibilities Build, design, and enhance client‑facing presentations and documents using Gamma (GAMMO) – this is essential for the role. Utilize platforms such as Relato , EBthree , and other emerging AI‑driven digital tools. Develop and maintain presentation templates, style guides, and formatting standards. Collaborate closely with Account Managers to convert content outlines into professional, visually cohesive decks. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment in all deliverables. Stay up to date with evolving technologies in digital presentations and workflow optimization. Support the team with understanding and applying group insurance terminology where required. Strong interest in innovative AI‑driven presentation and documentation tools. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills. Fast learner who adapts easily to new digital platforms. Experience in a client‑facing or support role is advantageous. Basic understanding of group insurance terminology. Work with cutting‑edge digital presentation technologies. Collaborate with a dynamic, innovative, and supportive team.
