Keep those communities thriving by ensuring our clients stay, grow, and succeed with us.Key Responsibilities Own client relationships : Be the trusted point of contact for existing clients—understand their business, solve their issues, and support their growth.Lead the renewals engine : Track lease expiries, negotiate extensions, and maintain high occupancy across our parks.Enhance client satisfaction : Act fast on service issues, coordinate with ops/finance/facilities, and keep things seamless behind the scenes.Activate the community : Collaborate with our marketing and park teams to build events and initiatives that drive engagement.Keep us informed : Maintain up-to-date renewal dashboards, client feedback logs, and key retention reports.Requirements 5+ years in thecommercial or industrial property sector Proven ability to managerenewals, retention, and client satisfaction KPIsA calm, solutions-oriented style when things get busy or clients escalateExceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skillsExperience working with property management systems (e.g. MDA) and ExcelA hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset—you get things doneMust be South African citizenReliable transport and valid drivers licenseWilling to be office base with site visit as requirement #J-18808-Ljbffr
