The broker will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing expert advise, and finding the right insurance solutions to fulfil the needs of the client. The role requires building and maintaining client relationships, staying informed about industry trends, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Responsibilities and DutiesIdentify client financial goals and risk tolerance to advise suitable productsIndividual risk assessment – relation to suitability of products for the clientPromote business to increase customer base and grow revenueDevelop new business and maintain existing client baseStay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements and insurance productsEnsure all transactions comply with regulatory and company standardsMaintain accurate records of client interactions and policy detailsQualifications and SkillsRelevant qualification2+ years industry experienceRE Qualification and industry certificatesStrong understanding of the long-term insurance industryExperience working with a variety of insurance companiesOwn vehicleValid driver's license (Code 08) Take the next step in your career with TWK Agri, a trusted leader in agriculture and beyond.
