Pan Africa Product Manager

Pan Africa Product Manager – Working Capital Product Absa Group invites an experienced professional to manage and build out the Working Capital Product portfolio across Pan Africa. This pivotal role will oversee all allocated products, including sub‑products and country‑specific propositions while driving both tactical enhancements and long‑term strategic product life cycles. Key Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end product life cycle from design to implementation and ongoing enhancements. Own the P&L for all allocated products and conduct commercial reviews throughout their life span. Conduct market analyses to identify product opportunities, gaps and trends to strengthen the product offering. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Pan Africa business units. Prepare and present business cases to support strategic investment initiatives for product capability development. Manage, monitor and drive product profitability and cost efficiency. Build a product improvement & innovation roadmap for prioritisation and an initial view of the underlying commercial value and potential. Ensure that all members of the product value chain understand processes, control requirements and risk management frameworks that have been designed for the area. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or Management Studies (required). Over 7 years of Working Capital product experience and/or corporate and investment banking knowledge. Education & EEO Statement Absa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity employer.
