An established automotive dealership in Hatfield is seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead its used vehicle division. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader with a strong background in automotive sales and team management. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle sales department. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets. Manage stock levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle display standards. Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive profitability. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements Proven experience as a Pre-Owned or Used Car Sales Manager within a dealership environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent knowledge of vehicle sales processes and dealership operations. Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results. Valid driver’s license and clear track record.
