Location: ABJ Oncology Centre, Vereeniging We are seeking a qualified and experienced Professional Nurse to serve as the Nurse Unit Manager at the ABJ Vereeniging Oncology Centre. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the overall management and supervision of the chemotherapy unit and multidisciplinary clinical team. Ensure compliance with oncology nursing protocols and safety regulations. Coordinate patient treatment planning and support clinical trials participation. Maintain accurate records and oversee clinical patient administration. Support continuous quality improvement and staff development initiatives. Qualifications Postgraduate qualification in Oncology Nursing, alternatively, verified completion of AICF Oncology for Nurses and Igazi Haematology for Nurses. Proven management experience in coordinating and supervising chemotherapy room operations, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards. Proven experience in billing processes and patient treatment planning, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations. Competency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word, and practice management systems such as Profdoc. Fluent in English (written, reading, and speaking). Strong organizational abilities with experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Detail-oriented, meticulous, and reliable in all aspects of work. Exceptional accuracy with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Demonstrates punctuality and good time management skills.
