Duties & Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Make outbound calls as required to follow up on orders, confirm details, or provide information. Identify and resolve customer issues by clarifying and understanding the problem, researching solutions, and escalating when necessary. Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, promotions, and policies. Desired Experience & Qualification Matric Exceptional communication skills. Good command of english language.
